I am obsessed, intrigued and super jealous of people who live extraordinary lives, follow their dreams and use their time to pursue interesting goals. Maybe if I chronicle their doings some of their chutzpah will rub off on me. With that in mind every Wed I will write a post on one of these persons. The first Dan Rutter came to m y notice thru my friend Jenny. He is taking off on his 2009 Harley Davidson V-Rod Muscle to ride along the entire border of the 48 states in memory of his best friend. On February 18, 2009, he made a promise to his best friend of nearly two decades that within one year, he would pursue his dream as his friend had. He left from Chicago on 2/14 to fly to Burbank. He will pick up his bike from a nearby HD dealer, to which it was shipped. After a couple of days of prep, he will saddle-up on 2/18 to begin the journey and he's not stopping until the end of July.
